There are three separate groups of sealed bid auctions-- Dept of VA owned
homes, Dept of HUD owned homes and lender (bank) owned properties. All three
groups require that you use a real estate licensee registered to sell the
properties to submit your bid; contact Tom Hanna by phone or email to arrange a
showing or submit your bid.

Properties offered for sale by the US Dept of Veterans Affairs. Seller financing is available WAC
on these properties. Anyone may bid, you do not have to be a veteran. The prices
listed are minimum bids. These are foreclosures, sold in "as is" condition and in most cases

Other properties are offered by lenders (banks and mortgage
companies) from their foreclosure inventory. These do not offer any financing,
so it will be necessary to pay cash or arrange a loan.
